Hot Melt offers an alternative robust waterproofing system to a bituminous layered system. It comprises of a heated rubberised compound applied in two 3mm layered coats with a strengthening membrane in-bedded between the layers and finished with a bituminous capping sheet.
A hot melt system is ideal for use on most protected roofs such as inverted, paved, ballasted, terraces, car parks, podiums or green roof applications. It is a cost effective system that lends itself to non-evasive electronic waterproof testing for Guarantee purposes.
