Baily Garner assumed the roles of Principal Designer and Contract Administrator and Accurate Roofing were appointed as the Principal Contractor on all projects.

Accurate Roofing worked on 6 School projects where the specifications were very similar only varying slightly with each building’s uniqueness.

Accurate Roofing installed an insulated reinforced bitumen built up felt system on each project to meet current building regulations. Additional works included the installation of uPVC Windows, replacement Roof Lights, Installation of a Lightning Protection Systems and Freestanding Permanent Guard Rail Systems.

The project had significant risks as the buildings stored the museum’s irreplaceable collection which could not be decanted during work, and the existing coverings had limited life with various defects making overlay challenging.
