Accurate Roofings Mastic Asphalt division are capable of carrying out not only traditional asphalt roofing and paving works to a variety of roofs and car park decks but we are also licensed to install Iko’s Permaphalt Polymer Modified Asphalt, Permascreed Mastic Asphalt Roof screed & are members of Mastic Asphalt council.
This material can be installed one day to form falls on a concrete slab or uneven roof planks where a traditional sand and cement screed cannot be used.
The beauty of the product is that it has no curing time and can have either hot melt or a traditional felt roofing system installed straight away without having to wait for a sand and cement or concrete screed to cure offering speed of installation and also waterproof integrity of the building whilst the work is ongoing that a traditional roof screed would not provide.
